Our holistic services include Counselling & Mentoring Support, Personal Development & Safeguarding workshops.
We provide free & low-cost person-centred counselling for people on low or no incomes on a ‘pay what you can basis’.
Since lockdown began, we have moved our services online, offering instant messaging, telephone consultations and live meetings via zoom.
Initial assessments and appointments can be requested online using our online booking service.

Just weeks before the Government announced lock-down, we were delighted to learn from SBSEC that our application for seed-corn funding from the Scottish Government to pilot our project STAND – #ParentsAreProtectors had been successful. STAND is a safeguarding workshop for parents and caregivers educating on the subject of Parental Grooming and Coercive Behaviours and contributing to CSA prevention.
Due to Covid-19, the project is currently on hold however we are excited to move forward with the STAND pilot as soon as it is safe for us to do so.
